Dear Phil Spencer,




I am writing to express my disappointment with the Xbox Cloud Gaming service and to request that you take action to improve it. I was excited to try out cloud gaming when you announced it in 2020 September. At first, my excitement for this service was through the roof but as time went on I saw this service needed improvement.




Firstly, I have experienced frequent connection issues when trying to play games on the service. This has made it extremely frustrating to play games and has often led to me being unable to play at all. Most of the time I lagged out of the game or it would seem blurry or unplayable due to how pixelated the screen was. This service has so much potential for it the be the pinnacle of gaming because of the ability to play a game without downloading it. I believe that you have been able to differentiate yourself from your main competitors with this new component of gaming, but with a little bit more work toward the visuals and overall quality, it would change the industry.




In light of these issues, I urge you to take action to improve the Xbox Cloud Gaming service. I believe that addressing these problems would greatly enhance the user experience and make the service more appealing to gamers like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to seeing improvements to the Xbox Cloud Gaming service in the future.
