Cloud gaming doesn't work and is useless.

Since I am trying out the cloud gaming like play through my mobile phone, well, it doesn't run well and my controller doesn't have bluetooth. TBH, no controllers have bluetooth. What is bluetooth? That's not an English word.

all xbox controllers from the s upwards have bluetooth, all ps4 controllers have bluetooth so google how to pair the controller to the phone.

if you don't know what bluetooth is then i'm sorry tech is not for you considering bluetooth has been around for a very very long time now.

Now that Cloud is here, the software doesn't recognise the USB storage like it should. I have a 16 gig stick that's useless.

After getting the PS4, the xbox one is not even worth 200 bucks. Some of the features that were promised weren't available on day one (TV guide in Canada), kinect doesn't work that well. I even think the touted cloud technology Microsoft keep on yapping
about is useless.

Im experiencing same problem, since few days controller doesnt work with any cloud game , only buttons X A B Y , rest analogic and arrows not.

controller and is updated and works correclty via USB on PC and also in the mobile device via bluetooth in the app, but in any cloud game it doesnt work anymore.

Troubleshoot is useless this is a general problem!!

PLEASE SOLVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
