    Hi Xbox Support,

    I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Xbox Cloud Gaming on my Windows 11 laptop. Every time I launch a cloud game (e.g., Halo Spartan Assault), I see the rocket loading screen and Xbox One logo, but then it goes black and returns to the home screen.

    Here are my system specs:

    • Device: HP Pavilion
    • CPU: Intel Core i5-1135G7 (11th Gen)
    • GPU: Intel Iris Xe Graphics
    • RAM: 8GB
    • OS: Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.4349)
    • Browser: Chrome (latest), also tested on Edge
    • Controller: Official Xbox Controller
    • Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: Active subscription
    Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:

    • Installed stable GPU driver: Intel v30.0.101.1340
    • Tried latest Intel driver as well
    • Disabled hardware acceleration in browsers
    • Cleared cache, cookies, and DNS
    • Switched browsers (Chrome and Edge)
    • Tested multiple games
    • Rebooted, checked network, and used fast/stable connection
    Despite everything, the issue remains. Given that this laptop exceeds the minimum specs and cloud works on other devices, I suspect a compatibility issue with Xbox Cloud and Intel GPUs on the current Windows build.

    Please advise on any known solutions or compatibility fixes. Appreciate your support!

    When I open a game in cloud gaming mode on the pc app I only get a black screen and nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas what’s wrong, and how to fix it?

    Hey! There is currently an outage affecting Xbox Cloud Gaming. You may have trouble starting cloud games or be unexpectedly disconnected from a game after it begins. This is currently being investigated.
