Cloud Error - Unable to get save data

Can anybody shed some light on this error "We are unable to get your latest save data" ?

I can't play any games at all, digital copies of Project Cars & The Witcher 3 both doing it.

Status page shows clear...

Can anybody please help with some info??

Cloud Sync seems to be having a serious problem

I should have said I get the same error as Wolverine - the 80004005 "we were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now"

 

Hi,

Could be your internet connection, try hardresetting your xbox one by holding down on the power button for 10 seconds. this normally works for me.

I'm getting this error on all my games as well today. Hard reboot does nothing to solve it.

 

I too am having this issue, if anyone can help us out in anyway then please do! I tried to start COD: AW a few times and it synced once, now GTA 5 wont sync at all...

 

There are a high, growing number of reports of cloud syncing issues on reddit:

It appears that the only way to get around this is to either wait for Microsoft to fix it in a few hours or keep trying again as it does eventually sync sometimes.

I just started the witcher 3 it happened to me too, hardresetting doesn't work in this case just go offline . your manual saves aren't affected.

Okay, looks as though sleeping on it was the right thing to do.

Just got up and Project Cars has synced okay, just trying Witcher 3 (which I've been having problems with for days.)

Here's hoping. I'm just glad it wasn't a problem at my end which is what I was thinking. Status page did not show any problems at that time.

If you are continuing to run into issues with loading save data, please try the following steps:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try playing a game to see if the issue continues.
