    My data is currently corrupted when it comes to Mass Effect 3 on the Xbox servers. I found this out through numerous purchases of Mass Effect 3 and downloads on different systems to even my Xbox 1, and didn't figure this out until a person from EA managed
    to sorta, kinda, barely help me out. Everytime I load Mass Effect 3, it shows earth and then black screens and never moves past that. I have achievements from having beaten both games before, and ME3 itself, multiple times. I've bought every existing DLC that
    could be bought without a preorder and I cannot play this game. Can someone PLEASE assist me? If you have to reset my account then is it possible to do so without negating all my hard work, time and money?

    Did MS give up on "the cloud"?

    Speaking in a somewhat related direction, cloud saving saved my ass, last night. (No pun intended.) For whatever reason, my save for Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO was corrupt...corrupted(?). Anyway, I deleted the local save file, rebooted the game, and it sync'd up with my XBL save, and I was good to go.

    Weird your save probably corrupted this time around use the new cloud feature.

    If it is corrupted on the local machine you can try removing that save and syncing to the cloud. However if the cloud save is also corrupted there is nothing that can be done.

    The OP isn't trying to sync to the cloud as they have already done that. their question is whether the Cloud Save can become corrupted and so corrupts the console when the save syncs to it

    But if I delete the cloud file, won't that update push to the Xboxes and delete the files locally, including the uncorrupted file?

    The corrupt file needs to be deleted, regardless of anything. Once gone, an older save can be put into place.

    Don't know any way to restore manually, but try contacting support. They may be able to do it.
