    Closing Games


    My Xbox One X will randomly close my game. It has done this in Path Of Exile and Kingdom Come Deliverance, I have reinstalled them both. Kingdom Come it will sometimes be fine for long periods of time and other times kill the game every 20 - 40 minutes.
    Sometimes it will just go to black screen then the loading screen other times the sounds will stutter while my screen freezes and then it will send me back to the home page.

    OVERRWATCH CRASHING

    Is the game closing itself? Freezing up then closing? Does any other games do this?

    I believe, 3/20 matches must be met before you'll receive the -75% exp lose.

    Closing Games

    hi there!

    When encountering game crashes on any of the Xbox One family consoles we suggest following all of the steps on the

    Games wont start guide     first.

    We also recommend the following:

    • Ensuring that your console is clear of all other electronics and in a well ventilated location with none of its sides near a wall to allow air flow.
    • Be sure to always plug the console's power cord directly into the wall and never use power strips, extension cords, or surge protectors as the console has a built in protection unit.
    • If you have an external hard drive often using the rear ports on the console yield the best results.
    • Keep other devices off of the console such as other consoles or Audio receivers.

    Check out that guide we share and the items mentioned about and then let us know if you are still running into issues!
