Discus and support Closing account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It is impossible for me to close my account. I've been trying for several days.     It is impossible for me to close my account. I've been trying for several days. The how to close your account link gives an error message every time. Please close the XBOX Live Account for [Mod removed]. I only ever wanted to see the free trial and it is
    if no use to me. If you don't close it I have to cancel my credit card payment

    I would like to close my account.

    While I try to do this at account.live.com the system says I need to close all payable services and Microsoft Points account. Microsoft Points official page sends me back to XBox Live, but I can not find how to close this account.

    Can anybody help me?

    You could always create an family account then allowance it to the account you want

    nobody on the forums can help with that and please do not post emails on the forums they are public and anybody can see it. if you are having an issue call up support.

    If you'd like to delete your account you will need to contact phone support here. They will be able to assist you with that. However, if you are attempting to switch e-mails
    over so it's usable on another account you can just follow the instructions
    here    .

    Hi Andhel,

    I understand you want to close this account, and i'm assuming its because you want to close it at the Microsoft level. This is possible by having support escalate it for you. When you created this gamertag, the email you used to create it also made a billing
    account even if you haven't used it. If you are sure you NEVER want to use this gamertag or that emaill as an xbox account then you should call support at 1 800 4 MY Xbox ( 18004699269) and ask an agent to help you make this happen. I should warn you that
    you will need to know what information you used to create the account when you call.

    So long as you have not spent any of those points Phone Support may give you a redeem token to use on another account.

    Thank you for your answer, but for me it's not normal.

    It's my account, I want it to be deleted, I do what I want.

    In this case, if it stays on the servers, it can be retrieved.

    There is personal information so it concerns me.

    I want it either to disappear completely or to return it to me.
