    Has anyone else noticed that the closed captioning option on some downloaded videos iare 5-10 seconds ahead of the movies dialogue? I'm experiencing this on Harry potter movies and Twilight collection. I saw the suggestion to refresh my videos under account
    management in Xbox video category but I'm concerned what that will do. Will it simply refresh the list of expired videos? Or will it delete my collection? Can anyone help with my confusion please? Lol Closed captioning on already downloaded videos of :)

    Closed captioning problem

    I am trying to turn on closed captioning on my xbox 360. I was told to go to:

    Settings->System->console settings->Display->Closed captioning.



    I can see Display but I cannot see closed captioning. I have updated my console but I still cannot see closed captioning.



    What can I do? Any ideas?

    Netflix Xbox one, randomly turns on closed captioning.

    Go to : settings, closed captioning , the chose closed captioning "off" . By default it is set to "on" ... Hope this helps

    Refreshing items will not delete them. Anything that you've purchased is still yours and cannot be removed unless you specifically ask for something to be deleted.

    If you downloaded the movies, you can try deleting them and redownloading them. If you're streaming the movie, try stopping the movie and restarting it.

    Can't turn off closed captions

    Okay I think I found a fix. Go into the Youtube App in Xbox 360 and find a video with closed captions. I just searched "closed caption" and chose the first video. Closed captions automatically came on, so I pressed "A" and went to "CC" on the option bar
    and clicked to turn captions off.

    Went into Gamecenter Live and the captions were gone!

    Hi, check your tv settings for something named Closed Captions or something similar and turn that off. Also check the closed captions option on the xbox itself.
