    I closed 2 of my accs because they got perm banned and it said the gamertags will be deleted so they will be available and one gamertag “nnwo” is somehow made as a acc when nobody even knew the name was open, and my other name ‘Tenticy’ i want as my name
    now isnt letting me put it as a gamertag. Please let me have both of my gamertags back thats why i closed the accounts

    PLEASE RESPOND!!!

    Hello,

    If you'd like to delete your account you will need to contact phone support here. They will be able to assist you with that. However, if you are attempting to switch e-mails
    over so it's usable on another account you can just follow the instructions
    here    .

    Hi Andhel,

    I understand you want to close this account, and i'm assuming its because you want to close it at the Microsoft level. This is possible by having support escalate it for you. When you created this gamertag, the email you used to create it also made a billing
    account even if you haven't used it. If you are sure you NEVER want to use this gamertag or that emaill as an xbox account then you should call support at 1 800 4 MY Xbox ( 18004699269) and ask an agent to help you make this happen. I should warn you that
    you will need to know what information you used to create the account when you call.

    So long as you have not spent any of those points Phone Support may give you a redeem token to use on another account.

    Thank you for your answer, but for me it's not normal.

    It's my account, I want it to be deleted, I do what I want.

    In this case, if it stays on the servers, it can be retrieved.

    There is personal information so it concerns me.

    I want it either to disappear completely or to return it to me.
