    hello,

    I have an old account that I started when I was younger but now this one is no longer useful because i have another account with another email. From my side, I don't know how can I delete this account, I do not have console at home
    and I tried to delete it by the website but I don't find anything about that. This account is linked to an old xbox account that I just want to delete.

    How do I do it? Help pages referer to contact XBox support if I want to do it. Which is this forum right?

    Hello,

    If you'd like to delete your account you will need to contact phone support here. They will be able to assist you with that. However, if you are attempting to switch e-mails
    over so it's usable on another account you can just follow the instructions
    here    .

    Hi Andhel,

    I understand you want to close this account, and i'm assuming its because you want to close it at the Microsoft level. This is possible by having support escalate it for you. When you created this gamertag, the email you used to create it also made a billing
    account even if you haven't used it. If you are sure you NEVER want to use this gamertag or that emaill as an xbox account then you should call support at 1 800 4 MY Xbox ( 18004699269) and ask an agent to help you make this happen. I should warn you that
    you will need to know what information you used to create the account when you call.

    It's my account, I want it to be deleted, I do what I want.

    In this case, if it stays on the servers, it can be retrieved.

    There is personal information so it concerns me.

    I want it either to disappear completely or to return it to me.
