    I have kids who where all using the same account. Of course, 1 is heading off to college and a battled broke out. how can we create/clone a new account & clone all games, progress and achievements, etc.

    You can't. Nothing can be transferred between accounts. One of them would need to start their own account and start over.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console.

    Not sure how someone would copy your account,once a gamertag is in use then it is unavailable to anyone else & can't be copied.

    If you think your account was somehow compromised then follow the steps here

    Two and a half month later, my account is still in Russian

    I was told by other people at Xbox Live support that my account was cloned by some one in Russian so that they would be able to access it, and that I technically have two accounts under the same name
    Support are misinformed because this isn't possible. Someone getting a hold of your WLID and password is how your account got stolen not it being cloned.

    Oh maybe you should also delete the clone account and keep your original only. If its bad to clone humans its worst cloning an account too.
