Cloning Clyde does not show up in ready to install

I own Cloning Clyde on the 360 which I understand is now backwards compatible.

However, the game does not show up on Ready to Install on my Xbox One.

It says I have to buy the game.

Hi there Boba welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Are you are using the same account that bought the game? If yes try the following:

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

Cloning Clyde is a platformer. More old school 2D platformer though. Its a funny game to boot.

They are on my system. Switchball is installed but says I don't own it and Cloning Clyde under manage has 0 bytes and wants to know where to install even though it went through the install process on the expansion card. Times out when trying to manage. FRUSTRATED 😤

I have the same issue. 2 months later and 10 or so of my games aren't showing. Cloning Clyde was one but for some reason showed as free day one so I got it like that. Others like Quake 3 Arena, Screwjumper, and Vandle Hearts want me to rebuy. In Screwjumpers case I can't even do that since it's delisted.
