    Clips not showing on Xbox.com


    I am unable to see any recent clips (past 6 months) on Xbox.com, yet I can view them on the Xbox App and my Xbox. The games I cannot see clips from are newer games, The Division 2 and Ghost Recon Breakpoint. I have tried everything I can on my end but cannot fix the problem. Any help is much appreciated, thanks. (I was told to post here by Xbox support).

    Hi,

    Are you using the Xbox App to upload custom clips to Xbox Live, or are you doing all this on the Xbox One? Your clips do appear to be showing on your profile when you go to your main profile page on Xbox.com (

    account.xbox.com/.../Profile     )

    Does it still not show for your friends when they visit your profile on the console and go to the clips section? Depending on your preferences, your clips may not automatically be uploading to your Activity Feed, can you check that by going to Settings>Preferences>Activity

    @zen sure is. Basically when you wish to share a clip the Twitter option is there. Last time I tried it the link on Twitter was showing as Xbox.com instead of the gameclip. It may have been fixed but haven't tried again.

    the main website xbox.com is a joke... especially the forum and profile areas..we are missing 75% of our information.... been almost a year and our profile avatars still do not reflect X1 games.. so I wouldnt worry too much into it
