clips not capturing on Modern Warfare

Whenever I hit a clip on Modern Warfare I press "record that" and then 15-30 seconds later it will pop up and say, "game clip recorded," so I hold the home button to open it up and I get the message, "check back later! We're getting your clip ready," so
I wait and the clip either never shows up on the xbox (on the actual platform or on xbox live) or it records 10 seconds of the clip out of the minute it was supposed to be. Also, those 10 second clips never have sound to them. I called Microsoft about it a
few weeks ago and the guy I talked to was no help at all, is anybody else having this problem as well!? It's really pissing me off and I don't know what to do!

I have the same problem with my Xbox. When I try to play Modern Warfare and I take clips I have only 10 second Clips or it doesn't clip. This is a problem for me because I use my Clips to post to certain places and I'm not getting the plays of the games
that I have been clipping. I have sufficient space and I have also made sure that the amount of seconds per 'clip that' Is right.

I've tried looking to see if that's an issue but I can't find my capture storage anywhere. I've checked the regular settings, upload capture, and under all my clips and I can't find it. How do I check?

I still have this problem and microsoft has been no help. This is loosing me viewers and good memories. I am honestly really pissed off about this. 2 hours on support and no help.
