    Clipper Wilkinson Glitch


    So I have 100% completion on the Boston Liberation Missions and I already have Clipper Wilkinson as a Level 11 Assassin and it's still saying that I only have 63% in making Clipper Wilkinson an Assassin finished. Mind you that I have all the other assassin
    recruits as well as completed their missions and side missions. I went back checked the map and nothing no liberation missions are appearing. I have all of Boston cleared at 100% and still it's saying I lack Clipper Wilkinson as an assassin I even went to
    the bar and spoke to him and nothing. I just finished sequence 9 memory 3 and haven't moved on yet because I'm going for a 100% Completion Achievement in everything and that is the last before I move on to sequence 9 memory 4... Is that why it comes up as
    Clipper isn't a "Full Fledged Assassin" yet? Any help as to what I'm doing wrong would definitely help.

    Clipper Wilkinson Glitch

    AC3 is probably the glitchiest of the whole series. I gave up on a couple achievements because of that.

    As far as getting 100%, you can still go back later for stuff.

    I can't capture game clipper window by usual ways,

    but this might be on specification if the Xbox game clipper is set on top-most window.

    I don't know which this is.
