Clip wrongfully taken down!

Hi, I would like to contact the Xbox Live Enforcement Team and ask them to review a case of my clip being taken down from GAME DVR on my Xbox One. Since reviewing a case of a content taken down without a suspension can't be applied for reviewing on my end.
The clip in question didn't violate anything and was just a gameplay of matching puzzles in Metropolis: Lux Obscura. I've been contacting the support team back and forth and they suggested I post on the forums, which I did and never received a reply, so I'm
trying again and hopefully this time my clip will be looked at and see that it didn't feature anything from what was the reason they have given me to take down the clip!

I tried, but found no way to contact them, since contents taken down without suspension aren't qualified for case review! And I can't see their email nor phone number there to reach them on this matter!

How do you know it was taken down? Maybe it was never uploaded to Xbox Live if you have exceeded your online storage space for clips. Have you tried checking all of your clips to see if you have reached the warning message (eg 99% used)?
