Clip recorded?

Discus and support Clip recorded? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My xbox keeps recording clips of bf4.     My xbox keeps recording clips of bf4. Is this some kind of normal feature of bf4 or do i put it down to 'one more thing my crazy xbox does?'. its been doing it since i got bf4 the other day and it records me playing campain and multiplayer. The clips range
    in length from 18secs to well over a minute, most of the multiplayer clips are when i have ranked up in someway but not all of them. The campaign clips seem random. Its kinda annoying see'ing the notification pop up and the mic on my kinnect does'nt work so
    its not me saying things thats making it happen. So...is it normal and if so, can it be stopped or is it just another thing my crazy xbox does???

    You can turn automatic recording off at the dashboard. BF4 muliplayer records when you level up, dogtag payback, defib kill and probably a few others.. as you level up a lot in this game you'll get a lot of automatic clips.

    Ok great, but, where exactly? i have looked and i dun see where to do this. Is it in game or the xbox dasboard? :/

    My Games and Apps > Settings > Preferences > Uncheck "Record gameplay with Game DVR"

    Although just realised this turns it off completly (i.e. you can't record any clips manually). It's a 'requested feature' to just turn off automatic clips, so we'll ahve to wait for a future update to do this specifically.

    I have no such thing. I have, "allow broadcasts and game dvr uploads", but thats as close as it gets. i will try that, otherwise...i dunno :/

    The clip I recorded was recorded through the “record what happened” feature, using no external hardware. And between clips, no settings were changed

    Try a different clip error (0x80040212)

    Same for me, clips that I recorded before the update, I am able to edit in Upload Studio. Clips recorded after the update I can't. And the most recent clips aren't even viewable.
