    Good evening.

    I recorded several clips offline, wanted to save them (offline they were all visible, I even watched them a few times) and put the console to refresh so I could come back online and then save them via the app. However once the console finished updating ALL my clips disappeared, except the last ones recorded online from over 3 years ago

    I am sorry to hear that.

    Did you reset your console (factory reset by erasing all files) or just did a regular update?

    If they weren't uploaded to Onedrive, you may not be able to recover them.

    Dang that sucks, I delete clips regularly to clear space for my online clips but i like to keep the offline ones. Oh well I guess, thanks for the help.

    Does this mean I have to view a clip after making it to save it? Or does it mean I have to view a clip once a month or it will be deleted? It doesn’t make sense either because I watched the clip at least twice maybe 3 times after I made it.
