CliP license device ID does not match

So I just bought a new laptop (Aorus XE4), as my old one was slowing down considerably. I began downloading everything I usually used, including games that I play most of the time. These include the Hitman trilogy and Minecraft. After installing both, errors started popping up left and right when starting up either game, and they both refused to start. I have also seen other users trying to fix their issues and copied their strategies, but they didn't work either.

Minecraft
-Started up the first time
-Closed the app
-Refused to open anymore

Hitman Trilogy
-Refuses to open

What I have tried
-Taking ownership of the WindowsApps folder
-Running DISM
-Updating everything I could possibly update
-Logging out of both Xbox and gaming services, then resetting both, then using WSReset.exe, then logging back in
-Trying mostly everything else I have found on the forums

I'd rather not have to reinstall the OS system again (it's annoying having to reinstall everything I use) and I want to save it as a last resort if possible. If anyone has any other ideas, they would be more than helpful.

I also have one more question: Is this something that happens specifically with Gigabyte Mobo/Laptops? I saw that on a forums someone else with a Gigabyte computer had the same problems.

This command can take a while to end, but when the process ends, you should be able to type in the PowerShell window.
After that, please restart your computer.

Method 2. Run the gaming services repair tool.

“Downloadable version” and run it once you have the file on your PC.

Once you run it, the tool can take a while to finish. So, make sure to not close the window during the process.

Everything’s up to do date, and I only tried taking ownership because someone else said that fixed it for them.

have you made sure all windows updates are done and opened the microsoft store and made sure all the app updates are done. never take ownership of the windows app folder as this can stop the games running as they are encrypted for a reason.
