Clicking on the Dune: Spice Wars page on the Xbox app for PC completely hangs the app.

Hey there. Here's a super Easy guide to fix your Xbox app on your Windows 10 PC.

• Close the Xbox App
• Right Click on The windows Logo on the start bar.Click on "apps and features"
• Search for Xbox
• Click on the Xbox App Logo
• Click on Advanced Options
• Reset the app data by clicking the only button available on that page
• Launch the Xbox App
• Enjoy Xbox Live on your Win 10 PC

if it helps it started when I tried to download Battletech. one hour before that i downloaded dune spice wars and played it. there was no problem.

Just right click the app and choose uninstall, then re-install it from the Xbox store for free.

It might hang a little bid when downloading but it works. If you see "pending", just restart your pc and the app will be installed. Works fine after that.

Are you playing it using Xbox App on PC?

You could try to do the following (if not done yet):

- Completely uninstall Minecraft Java Edition;

- Then, completely uninstall Xbox App and Xbox Companion App (if you have both);

- After that, Press Windows + R and type in "regedit". Press enter;

- Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrectControlSet\Services;

- Delete "GamingServices" and "GamingServices.net" (if they're still there);

- After that, click on Windows (or press Windows key on your keyboard) > Search for Credential Manager > Windows Credentials. Search for Xbl|DeviceKey, click on it and then Remove;

- On your PC settings, Open Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Microsoft Store and click it. The advanced options link will appear. Click on it. On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings;

- Restart Windows;

- Install Xbox App (and Xbox Companion App if you use both);

- Open Xbox App and login to the correct Microsoft/Xbox account;

- Finally, Install Minecraft Java Edition.
