Clicking on games in the store and them not loading.

So I found so years old threads but no solution. I try to click on any game in the store, and it loads the background and then freezes. The only option I have at that point is to hit the home button and close the store. Yes I have hard reset and yes I
have attempted to find a way to redownload the store to no luck. Help I just want to buy games lol

Have you had an update recently?

It may be worth doing a power cycle and see if that makes any difference.

Go to where they can be bought in the game store, try loading them from there.

Like I said, the Xbox recognizes them, the console formats them, I can store games on them, but everything loads so slowly.

Same here. Will not load from the app. But I can go to Xbox app, click on Word app, it will open in the store where I can click play and play through that way. Otherwise it appears the app for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games can't find the internet even
tho my avatar loads.

You can always go to whatever store/game store and buy Xbox Gift Cards to load onto your console and use them to purchase content.
