clicking noise and stuck on the green screen.

my xbox one froze then started to make a clicking noise whilst stuck on the green boot up screen. contacted support and they told me to send it off for repair.. anybody else had the same problem?

Xbox one keeps freezing

My Xbox one is making weird clicking noises. Also, it won't turn on and just gets stuck at the green Xbox loading screen. Occasionally, it will turn on but it just freezes and I can't do anything on my Xbox. I have tried unplugging from the mains but that
doesn't work. Any suggestions?

 

Xbox one stuck on game screen

I can hear that the console is working in the background as it makes the relevant noises you associate when clicking certain buttons. The screen however is still stuck on battlefield.
