Click-noise when switching on the XBOX Series X

When the surround speakers are off i still get the noise through my headphones, The headphones i use are jbl quantum 400 . When i got my xbox series x i didnt get the noise but 3 months later after i got it it started making those noises. Also I did not power off my xbox i used to fully shut down it from settings

My friend who plays with an xbox series x doesnt shut down it and he doesnt get the double sound when he clicks on games but he still doesnt get the sound when he goes back from home. Also when you open home and then go on a game from home and click more options on a game (from where you quit a game) then it starts making the right noises but when you shut down the xbox and power it on again it starts doing it again.

Whenever I play a game the buttons sometimes don’t respond or don’t work at all. With the headset I have mic problems like when I talk for a few seconds no one can hear me but when I talk or make a noise for like 5 seconds they could hear me after I made the noise or say random things but they don’t hear what I was saying before I speak after I made the noises. I switched the controller and headset to my other Xbox which is a one x and everything works fine on there. Only the series x is where I have the problem with the headset and controller

since you exchanged it at the store and the new console is making the same sound, I would assume that the sound is standard.

I have heard the HDD making sounds on my console too, hard to say they are the same, but for now I myself wouldn't worry about it. Especially since it has happened on two consoles for you now.

Any mechanical noise apart from the fan being used and the HDD spinning up and down are normal, a ticking noise I have not heard of. Do they have a XBOX1X on display to see if it happens on that unit?

My console always had coil whine, but that's not what I'm talking about. My Series X as of recently started making a hard drive like clicking sound, but only when idle and I'm on the home screen. And soon as I start a game, the noise completely stops. My Series X always made a low electrical buzzing sound when games were running and still does. With that being said, that's not what I'm concerned about, it's a clicking like sound that constantly continues until I launch a game and then it stops and the normal coil whine kicks in depending on the game.
