click heroes does not access my profile

I open the game, choose my xbox profile to start and the game results in an error message. When I choose another profile, it comes in normally.

"There was an error! Please check your internet connection and / or try again later"

Is there a solution? I deleted rescue data, delete and reinstalled the game and nothing has changed.

Try a power cycle, or unplug your console for 30 minutes.

As I mentioned, the problem is only tied to my Xbox profile, the game is not freezing or anything like that. If I open the game using another profile, it runs normally.

Are you only receiving this error on this game?
What device are you using? Xbox or PC?
Have you tried a different game to help isolate if its the network connection or game developer's server?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get Click Heroes to launch appropriately. I can totally understand how having an error like this get in the way of you playing this game could really dampen the whole experience. Seeing
as you have already tried a couple of things already, I would definitely see if following the guide entitled the Xbox One Game Freeze Solution
for additional steps you may have not.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know if your game was able to connect afterwards.

Just this error, just for my profile. If I use another profile the game normally enters;
Use Xbox One Fat;
Play any game normally, the problem is exclusively in this game.
