The best thing to do right away is change the password to the Microsoft Account to regain control of the account. If charges were made fraudulently through an account takeover, you must remove the card from the account and contact your financial institution
to submit a fraud claim since your card information was also compromised.

If you completely lost control of the account and can no longer sign in by ay means, I suggest contacting customer support:

Whatever you do dont click the link but simply go check your one drive and see if any real messages or notifications have occured. if it is a fraud message simply put it in your spam folder.
