It seems like that your Xbox one 2.4GHz not working after clearing MAC. As per description, it randomly disconnects and reconnect your internet connection.

Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. Did you check internet connectivity if it's stable?
   
2. Have you tried updating the system driver and apps?
   
3. Is your location not too far from the router?
   
4. Check if you may have spoofed your MAC address on start-up, ideally a random address?
   

You can try resetting your console’s network settings by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
   
3. Select Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address.
   
4. Select Clear.
   
5. Restart your console.
   

If this doesn’t work, you can try connecting your Xbox One console to your router using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi2. This will ensure that you have a stable and fast connection.

You can try restarting your modem and wireless router to create a new connection to your internet service provider (ISP)3. When you do this, everyone that is connected to your Wi-Fi network will be temporarily disconnected. The steps you take to restart your modem and router can vary, but here are the general steps:

• Unplug the power cable from the back of the modem or router.
  
• Wait 15 seconds.
  
• Plug the power cable back into the modem or router.
  
• Wait for the modem or router to connect to the internet again.
  
• Try connecting to the internet again.

Hi Queen,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to try and clear the alt mac address, and disconnect wireless. To clear alt mac address got to settings>network>network settings>adv. settings>alt mac address> clear and restart. While it restarting then connect
the ethernet cable.

Hi, so your Xbox randomly disconnects from your network, sometimes simply clearing the alternate MAC address on the Xbox can fix that.

On the Xbox go to settings/ all settings/ network/ advanced settings/ alternate MAC address. Select the clear option and then the restart option and see if things improve any.

Another thing to try is removing and adding your account back to the Xbox.

To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC address

Select Clear and then Restart
