    You can try first two easy things. First try to power cycle your console (all info here: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console). Look if fixed. If doesnt fixed, you can try to do a
    factory reset keeping all games and apps, this will refresh the operative system (all info here: Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults)

    If doesnt work, maybe could be more serious and could be some hardware issue, there I suggest too contact directly official xbox support through phone or chat here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    When is it disconnecting? What else is running at the same time.. Could be pulling to much data and the router is booting you.

    I have my computer & my dad's Xbox with my Xbox on the same connection. His is wired into the router though so it shouldn't matter that much right? My Windows 10 computer is always on Ultimate settings but I'll turn them to Power Save anyway I think that
    will do nothing since it's system not connection.

    Thank you for keeping us updated in regards to the console disconnecting from the network.
    Is there a specific time this happens? For instance, when playing a game or watching videos, etc.



    Please try changing the console to
    Energy-saving
    mode
    .To change this setting:

    1. Press the
      Xbox button to open the guide (Don't hold the Xbox Button on the controller)
    2. Select
      System >Settings
    3. Select
      Power & startup
      >Power
      mode & startup.
    4. Select
      Power
      modeto change the setting to
      Energy-Saving

    Then restart the console by pressing the
    Xbox Button
    again. Go to
    System
    and select
    Restart Console
    (Not Settings).

    Also, is it possible to test out the wired connection on this console temporarily?
