    What device or app are you trying to log in to? There's been times on the apps that I've had to clear data and cache and then restart the app to log in...once or twice I've had to clear all data, uninstall and then reinstall the app to login but that's
    been super rare. If you're trying to login on your Xbox besides a reset I'd make sure your internet connections are good.

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for posting a solution, it didn't work for me. Just to be clear I am able to login into my Xbox live account on my Xbox console, in the PC Xbox app, and the browser. The problem is only when I open the game and the game is unable to detect/login to my Xbox live account login.

    Make sure the account that has the subscription is logged into the Microsoft Store app.

    Log out of Microsoft Store and Xbox app, clear store cache, login to Microsoft Store and Xbox app, and try again.

    To clear the store cache>

    Windows key + R and type ''wsreset'', wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically.
