Clear Streaming options

Because of how the set up is, information is very unclear. I stream to Mixer. I wanted control over the resolution of my stream. I was unaware that Game Clip Resolution was effecting the quality of my stream. I assumed the capture
section was just that to record clips as that is what it says it does. So this screenshot is something I want fixed because I know i'm not the only one who didn't know this and is looking to change the stream quality without buying a capture card. I will later
on when I need to. But for people what don't have the xbox one X and can't stream at 1080p yet this is something they need to see. It was only after an email from Matt "salsa" did i know any of this.

X1 Live Stream On Now

Watched about 30 minutes of lag free streaming until recently. Hopefully it will clear up.

I have already checked this option. I checked Allow game streaming to other devices and allow play to streaming.

Do you have a screenshot of the email? Curious because I would love to adjust my max resolution as to not affect gameplay on the console itself. Which I am having issues with.

Beam is not an app that you can uninstall, it is built into the Xbox One to allow the best possible streaming experience. Beam should be streaming voice and audio, we're happy to provide support to help this get cleared up for you.

Keep in mind, you still have the option to stream to Twitch if you choose to

Ok. Deleting the optional media update, clearing the cache, restarting, installing the optional media update - did not help. No real change.

I ran the network tuner from the Media Center app on the 360 and it showed the bandwidth as acceptable for HD streaming.

Still I can go to My Video Apps > System Video Player, and select the video from there and it streams just fine. The problem must be with Media Center somehow.

if we were meant to clear cache after everything we streamed there ought to be a tick box auto delete cache b4 shutdown option. and if noone at microsoft cannot reproduce these result they either have special xboxs or are reading from a script.

Open up Windows Media Player and at the top left, you should see options like 'Organize', 'Stream' and 'Create Playlist'. Click on 'Stream' and make sure 'Allow Internet access to my home media...' is ticked.

Also, have a look under 'Stream' and then 'More streaming option...' and take a look at the Xbox 360 options under devices.
