Clear played games... load new games

Try doing this to clear the cache, http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache. If that doesn't work try this start a new game and then save it just after you do all the doctors tests. Next time you want to load a
save, load the beginning save first, then once youre in the game it should load all other saves as normal.

Tried to play last night at level 14 on Xbox One, after many hours of play. The game won't let me load most recent save - or any manual saves. I tried troubleshooting (I don't use the suspend and resume function, forced a hard reset and cleared the locally
saved games) and loaded a older cloud saved game. This did not fix the problem and I continue to lose all new saves and checkpoints (the game lets me continue to play and save - just won't load any of the new saves and kicks me out after I die). At this point,
it does me no good to continue to play because I can't save any progress. Does anyone have a troubleshooting suggestions other than waiting for the patch?

Clear your Cache. Then install game to disk then play.

To install game to HDD

Load up then go to the tab for the game hit Y for more information then select install to HDD



Online and SP run alot smoother with it installed to disk also clearing the cache be warned all updates for all games will have to be redownloaded when you load up the game. I do this around once every few weeks has kept me running good for awhile with no
problems in loading freezing or otherwise.

This happens on this game as well as the Fallout titles. To fix, do the following.

1. Load up the game and select to start a new game.

2. Let the game start and when you're in the opening cinimatic where you're in the cart being taken to Helgen, as soon as you can, bring up the menu and load your stuck save game from inside your new game.

For some reason, this normally fixes it and the game will load from inside your new game. I believe it's a problem with something that sticks in the games cache (not the consoles) that is cleared by starting a new game. Give it a shot and see if that helps
you.

Installing the game still requires the disk to play, it just speeds up the games loading capacities. Did it happen just once or does it happen frequently while playing or does it now prevent you from playing the game? Since its a brand new game it could
still be a defective disk you may want to take it back to the retailer and swap it for a new one. Just tell them it doesn't work. Check the disk itself for flaws/scratches and dirt. If the disk has finger prints or looks dirty/spotty clean it with a soft cloth
then try again. You may also try clearing the system cache -
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache.
