Cleaning the lens

Would someone be able to recommend a 100% safe product to use to clean the lens as my xbox one console struggles to recognise far cry primal and titan fall. (Recognises other games 1st time though)

Disc reads, however cant be found?

You could also try a lens cleaning disk i get that problem every know and then, i put in the lens cleaning disk and then the console works fine.

Have you been having the problem with any other games? Perhaps the lens in your disc drive just requires some cleaning. Lens cleaning kits can be found at most electronic shops.

There is no safe product.

It's recommended never to use any type of cleaner/lens cleaner on your console so nobody will be able to recommend you anything i'm afraid.

I used to use one of those disk lens cleaning kits on my 360 - it's a disk with what looks like little bristles that cleans the lens as it runs the disk.

Surprising where dust can get to, use a laser lens cleaning disc on a regular basis to keep it clean.

Even a single speck of dust on the lens can affect how it reads discs.
