Cleaning my Xbox One S

Hello, just wondering is this on all games and apps or certain ones? Could be an issue with that game versus the console itself. As the others have stated keep in a well ventilated area. Make sure you dust all air vents on the console and I like to blow
air into the disc slot too. Make sure you also do the vents on the power brick. You will be surprised how much dirt can fill in those vents!

try also checking your internet connection is optimal by using ethernet plugged connection and ensuring no conflicting downloads in the background.

Make sure all your vents are clear . And as said above . A restart sometimes helps . Check your Internet connection to 👍

Doing a factory reset helped me a lot. Of course you will lose all your info

Make sure to give it a dust every now & again & please make sure it has ample room & the vents are not to close to a wall or anything like that.
