Clean disc message

I'm not sure if it's the preview update but when I tried loading a new disc into my Xbox One it says i have to clean the disc... even if i just put the disc back in that i was just playing... I have to turn off my X1 and put in the disc to turn it on to
get the X1 to read the disc...

Ive had this happen twice now, ive inserted a disc and after 5 seconds or so it tells me to check the disc. Disc is totally clean, re insert it and i get the same message again. Try another disc, same message. No dirt or marks on the discs. No grinding noise from the disc drive. I do a hard reboot and then its all fine and loads the disc! What the hell???

Just strange that same 'game' RockBand2 (same game 2 different discs) stating same message?????

 

I am getting the same problem, and have to turn the X1 off and on again to get it to work, also when no friends are online the writing for NO FRIENDS ONLINE is all messed up

 

Hi there the 0x21 error is a well known bug in the preview. When you try ejecting the disc does the console draw the disc back in? If this is the case leave the disc in there once drawn back in and wait 30 seconds, the disc drive will wake up and you should
be able to swap out the discs. This would be best posted here

Stop writing, stop sharing ideas that work maybe once, and read the comment above me, by NJDevil. Everything else is a temporary fix that doesn't work until they release a new update for beta users.
