    I am having issues with the stats; I have completed 35 expert puzzles but only received credit for 15 and the one I completed today did not register.

    Testing on the Easy puzzles gave the following:

    Easy Stats at start = Played 37; Completed 39 [should be 42 & 42]

    Finished 4 new on Easy

    New Easy Stats = Played 38; Completed 41

    [Played is off by 3; Completed is off by 2]

    Tablet = ASUS Transformer T100

  2. Microsoft Jigsaw statistics problem

    My "completed puzzle" statistics aren't going up, for "hard" puzzles for example they are staying stuck at 2 although I have completed 20 classic puzzles in hard mode (sometimes it says I have played them, sometimes not - that counter is currently at 7).

    This is very frustrating as I am trying to get the "tough cookie" achievement, for which the puzzles need to count as completed!

    I am logged in to my Xbox account while playing and I don't seem to have undue connection problems.

    Please tell me if there is any factor that influences this statistics counter, or that a fix is being developed for this bug!

    Statistics update weird or don't update at all

    My Microsoft Jigsaw "Statistics", where the number of classic games and daily challenges I've done is listed, is not showing correct numbers. Before I performed the steps listed in the FAQ about uninstalling/syncing/reinstalling, my numbers were reading
    something like Easy Classic played=4 completed=5, Medium Classic played=5 completed=4, Hard played=4 completed=3, Expert played=5, completed=1. All of those should have read that I played 5 and completed 5, because I have played and finished the same five
    puzzles on all difficulties. After my uninstall/sync/reinstall, the "completed" puzzles is no longer larger than the "played" puzzles, but my completed puzzles still aren't right. I went back to make sure that I still had stars on all of the puzzles I did,
    and I do have four stars on all five puzzles, so how do I fix my stats? Also I have only played 21 daily challenges but my stat there says I've played 23.

    I began playing Microsoft Jigsaw (Classic Jigsaw), since about the middle of September 2014. Sometime in November of 2014, having completed 722 Easy, 722 Medium and 722 Hard puzzles, of the then 49 collections, plus 50 of the expert puzzles, a total of
    2216 completed puzzles, I began to have a problem. Some of the puzzles in three categories would not load. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. After I was up and running again, I observed that in the statistics tracking section of the game, my completed
    puzzles dropped from 2216 to 0 (zero) and my score dropped from 352500 to a NEGATIVE 104410, a difference of 456910 points. I noted at this time that all the stars, i.e. green, yellow, orange and red/purple under each puzzle remained lit up, indicating that
    somewhere, the app still knew that I had completed those puzzles.

    I started over doing all of the previously completed puzzles for the second time, but noted that in statistics, the number of completed puzzles started reducing. Example, let's say that on a given Monday I completed 12 puzzles. in the next few days, (Tuesday
    or Wednesday), I discovered that statistics had reduced the number of completed puzzles by anywhere from 1 to all 12 of those completed puzzles. I tried doing the puzzles again, (for the third time), only to find out that they would be removed from statistics
    again. Apparently, there is a limit to the number of times a puzzle can be completed. While this was happening, sometimes the score would also be adjusted downward.

    I realized at this point that it would be impossible for me to complete all puzzles and have statistics report accordingly, so I thought that maybe the problem was fixed and I should uninstall and reinstall the app again. This time, the number of completed
    puzzles dropped from 2448 to 1008 but my score remained the same. Knowing that I could never get statistics to reflect my actual number of completed puzzles, I tried to uninstall the app completely, even removing files that I found associated with Microsoft
    Jigsaw. Upon reinstallation, the statistics, score and lit up stars all remained the same with the statistics in error.

    Currently, I have completed a total of 2534 puzzles, while statistics tracking only reports that I have completed 1081.

    Glitchy mouse issues

    I am having the same issues. Thought it was my computer, but when it doesn't happen, that rules out my computer. Happens with all POGO games all the time, so stopped playing POGO. VERY ANNOYING. For now, I am not playing timed puzzles because of this
    issue. Also, I have an issue with the statistics, very incorrect, so since it is not really that important to me, I don't bother checking them anymore.
