Unfortunately there's quite a few sites that seem to "favour" PS4, other's Xbox One, sad state of gaming journalism these days I'm afraid :/

This is why I hate video game journalism these days. They take one quote out of context and people run with it.

Theoretically speaking, this is how it would work...

(1) On the Xbox 360, you "move" the Diablo 3 Classic save file data to the Cloud or Flash Drive.

(2) You "move" the Diablo 3 Classic save file data from the cloud or Flash Drive to the Xbox One HDD.

(3) The game detects the Diablo 3 save file data from the Xbox One HDD and then converts it to Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition save file data.

(4) You can now play Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition on the Xbox One

Note: Theoritically speaking, since the save file date that is going to be converted is directly linked to the Gamertag that is currently active, inactive Gamertags will not be affected & should still be usable with Diabl0 3 Classic. Save file data that
has been converted into Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition will not be compatible at all with Diablo 3 Classic.

When you say elder scrolls on xbox are you referring to Morrowind?

If so then that game was proper hardcore for an RPG. There was no hand holding at all. The quest journal wasn't sorted at all and there was no compass so you had to find places by following directions from NPC's. It took me a while to get into it but when
I did I really loved the game.

Oblivion is totally the opposite. It is totally dumbed down to make it easier for newbies. The quest journal is sorted and there is a compass. Skyrim is more closer to Morrowind than Oblivion was.

Oblivion is still worth getting at this stage in xbox life. Especially if you get it cheap.
