Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

Well over 100 puzzles solved at the Expert level, over 55,000 points amassed, and suddenly I'm sitting at -18910. Why? Have seen this question asked several times. Does anyone at Microsoft or Xbox even care? Cool game, but major bummer if it has a time bomb
that crashes things after awhile.

Over 6 months and no solution to this problem. Obviously the $people @mircosoft find no $ in $upport. Enjoy the few puzzles that are available and then create your own via photos - but give up on them ever solving this problem. It isn't a problem to them.
Maybe Windows 18 will fix this when it comes out in 2032.

Came here looking for a solution to game crashing every I open collections, but I see this is a problem that many are having. So much for having a favorite pass time!

I'll add to the list as well ever since windows 10 was installed I can no longer get several of the games I used to play. I particularly miss Microsoft jigsaw. It dhows as installed but when I click on it throws me back to home screen

I am having the same problem as all of you but it is now to the point where I click download on either the free puzzles or paid puzzles and it kicks me out of the game completely and goes back to my home screen. No instance in the task manager either.
If I restart I can play the puzzles but I cannot download anything.

I am having the same problem. The things that upsets me the most is that my account is being debited the coins and I am not getting the puzzles. I have no problems with MS Mahjong os MS Solitaire.

Just though I'd add to the growing list of people who can't make Microsoft jigsaw work. In my case reset just made things worse. when I try to play a game I get a bar that says downloading I have left it in that state overnight and still looks the same in
the morning. If this was a out side developers game I could understand a little better but this is a Microsoft game. One can only assume Microsoft just doesn't give a ***!!!

I am having the same problem as all of you. I was able a few weeks ago to download puzzles but I didn't have time too select and download one.. So tried again to download but now it acts like its going to download but then a white screen appears and put
me back to home screen for X Box.
