Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

I have been enjoying the Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles for a few weeks now, and since the last major Windows 10 update I have not been able to download purchased (gold coins) collections of puzzles. I get a download button and when I select it, I get
the scroll bar for downloading; however, nothing happens. Is anybody else having this problem and does anyone know if their is a solution or fix to this problem? I've been searching the forums, but, so far, I haven't seen any solutions. Can anyone help?

Microsoft Jigsaw crashing in Windows 10 when opening a puzzle

About a week ago, Microsoft Jigsaw started crashing once I selected a puzzle to play. I have been playing the free version on my Windows 10 PC, and this happens for every type of puzzle (Classic Jigsaw, Jigsaw Jam, Daily Challenges)

Here are the things that I've tried that have not worked:

• Restarted my PC
• Ensured my version of Windows 10 is updated
• Ensured my version of Microsoft Jigsaw is updated
• Reset game cache
• Uninstalled and re-installed the game

Is there anything else I can do? I really enjoyed the app...

 

I have the same problem. Puzzles I have purchased on desktop will not download to laptop. Laptop games are not syncing with the cloud. I have other games that do work just fine. I have uninstalled JS puzzle 4 times and reinstalled all to no avail. I even
did the RESet.exe to clear the store cache and that didn't work either.

I do not know what else to try.

 

I am having the same problem. It is a shame, because I don't get some new puzzles soon I will have to find something else.

I am having the same problem. The things that upsets me the most is that my account is being debited the coins and I am not getting the puzzles. I have no problems with MS Mahjong os MS Solitaire.

 

Ditto. My account is also debited the coins but I'm not getting the puzzles. Even tried downloading the Free puzzles. No change. Download bar shows up, but nothing happens. Is anyone in Tech Support reading these messages?

 

I am having the same problem with no solutions to the problem this has been going on for sometime now from the dates others have posted looks like someone at Microsoft could have fixed the problem by now is no one there doing there jobs

 

I am having the same problem as all of you but it is now to the point where I click download on either the free puzzles or paid puzzles and it kicks me out of the game completely and goes back to my home screen. No instance in the task manager either.
If I restart I can play the puzzles but I cannot download anything.

 

I am having the same problem as all of you. I was able a few weeks ago to download puzzles but I didn't have time too select and download one.. So tried again to download but now it acts like its going to download but then a white screen appears and put
me back to home screen for X Box.

 

The problem I am having is that when I complete the daily challenges it doesn't show any previous coins earned. I can complete that day's puzzles and the bonus but only that day's coins show up on the calendar. I can replay previous days and the coins
show up but they disappear the next day. Please advise. It is frustrating to earn rewards only for them to disappear the next day.

 

Today I was not able to access Jigsaw at all.

When I click the icon the program screen show but nothing happens.

Does anyone know what I can do?

Just though I'd add to the growing list of people who can't make Microsoft jigsaw work. In my case reset just made things worse. when I try to play a game I get a bar that says downloading I have left it in that state overnight and still looks the same in
the morning. If this was a out side developers game I could understand a little better but this is a Microsoft game. One can only assume Microsoft just doesn't give a ***!!!
