    I paid 8500 "gold bars" for the Cute Animals Puzzles. Downloading is being shown on the picture, but the bar is not filling in to show the progress of the download. It's been like this for days. Please help!

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzle paid for with "gold bars" is not downloading.

    Same problem. None of my purchases will download. Can not play the daily challenges, the games just show they are downloading -- but never do. Purchases start to download, but the program crashes within 30 seconds. Have asked for help through support,
    but never receive an answer. Have tried some of the support answers from other individuals......NO LUCK. Requested that MS FIX this.....But they NEVER DO!!! I am beginning to believe that this discussion is just am IM that MS never reviews. Good LUCK in
    receiving any Help!

    Very DISAPPOINTED with MS on this issue.

  5. I have got the same Problem. I guess it appeared after the last Windows-Patch Installation. The progress bar is shown but there is no progress in download.

    Dear Microsoft, please fix this Problem

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    After deleting and re-installing the app, previously bought puzzles are now downloadable without needing to pay again. Completion records was retained. Jigsaw Jam Pack 2 and 3, if previously unlocked by completion rather than gold bars, will need to be purchased
    with gold bars again to unlock, though completion records are retained. Note to all who downloaded the update and ran into problems in previous post.
