    Classic Jigsaw - My Collections have disappeared & Ghost Image doesn't always match puzzle ...


    My Premium Classic Jigsaw has been having issues.

    1- The ghost image on one puzzle did not match the actual pieces. The image had less sky than the pieces provided, etc.

    2 - A few days ago I purchased three collections with "gold" and they downloaded. The next day or so, ALL of my "purchased" collections disappeared. I paid for the premium version in August because the ads were causing major freezes and driving me crazy.
    Now I can no longer finish the collections I've built up over the past several months. I've tried to contact MS Games directly, and Support is literally not available by phone or chat. Instead a virtual assistant sent me back to the forums. There are similar
    issues listed there, but they have not been answered. Please help--I would very much like to have My Collections back!!!

    I downloaded Gardens from the Jigsaw Collections and even played one or two.

    But it has disappeared and no longer shows up in Classic Jigsaw or Downloadable puzzles.

    I finally was able to duplicate the problem. If I have zoomed in on a puzzle (which has the ghost picture open underneath it), if I the open the puzzle view and then turn off the ghost picture before I close the puzzle view, when I reopen the ghost picture,
    it will not be aligned with my puzzle in progress. If I exit microsoft jigsaw and reopen, the ghost picture will be aligned correctly. Photo is attached.

    I'm glad I figured out how to get the puzzle and ghost picture aligned again. The problem occurred because I wanted to turn off puzzle view, and instead I turned off the ghost picture. My bad.

    If I exit Microsoft jigsaw and then return, the ghost image for my puzzle is in a different place. Can this be fixed?

    Can you please take a photo of what you mean? Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!
