Classic Jigsaw Crashing and Loss of Collections and Gold Bars

Some weeks ago, I noticed that when I completed a puzzle, it was not awarding the gold bars. As time went on, I thought maybe it was just that collection, so I bought two more, but no, I didn't get the gold bars plus each time I completed a puzzle, it would
kick me out of the game altogether. In the past, when I opened Classic Jigsaw, the Xbox icon in top upper right corner would automatically sign me in, but not tonight. Instead, it showed "Purchase could not be completed...." I had not tried to make a purchase.
I clicked close and then hit "sign in" but again it popped up the message about the purchase. I thought perhaps the glitch had been fixed so I went ahead and opened the game, and to my great disappointment I saw that I had lost many, many collections and
all the gold except for 1500---I had amassed almost 1 million in gold bars!!!! I contacted you some time ago about the issue of not being awarded the gold, but now that I have lost almost all collections and gold bars, I sincerely hope you are capable of
resolving this issue. I noticed I am not the only one having these issues. Fans of this game would certainly appreciate a fix!!

MS Jigsaw history gone

Got new laptop, signed into everything but all gold bars gone and all jigsaw history with exception of 2 collections. How do I get my history and gold bars back?

 

Lost gold bars and purchased collections

Microsoft Jigsaw stopped working so I reïnstalled it and got it working again, but it lost about half of my gold bars and ALL my purchased classic jigsaw collections and progress. Since I was at about 1.4 million collected gold bars, and now back at less
than 1 million, this is quite a lot of puzzles and progress gone. I have tried suggested troubleshooting steps such as clearing store cache, logging out and in with my xbox/microsoft account etc. Is there any way to fix this?

 

I don't know what you guys did, but the issue with my account is now resolved!! I have collections and gold bars back! Thanks so much!

Well, I did get my collections and gold bars back; however, I still get kicked out after completing a puzzle and do not get get the gold bars awarded for completion. Please find a fix for this problem.
