    Classic Jigsaw background too dark


    I wish there was a SETTINGS option, the change the color of the background mat when the pieces are displayed. Too often the dark mat obscures the outlines of the darker puzzle pieces. If you could choose a lighter backgound, intead of
    the dark gray, the pieces would "pop" and be easier to see.

    Need ability to change background on daily challenges

    The background on the daily challenges for the Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles is too dark. People with color deficiency or other vision issues need to have better contrast options. Please make the background color a customizable option for the daily challenges.

    Jigsaw on Windows 10 PC - cant change background

    Running windows 10 laptop and Microsoft Jigsaw. I cannot change the background in the settings - the "Change Background" option is grayed out. When you have dark pieces and the dark default background, it is nearly impossible to play. Please advise...

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.

    Little error on my last post, sorry.

    The Background Apps section. The relevant app needs to be turned on in the background, in this case Microsoft Jigsaw. So, after you choose "Background Apps, then find "Microsoft Jigsaw" from the list on the right... Then select "On" ;-).

    Sorry if I confused anyone with that.
