    Does anyone know how/where to join the lawsuit against Microsoft for the Elite 2 Controllers? mine went to hell because its being used past month and Microsoft said to bad its out of warrantee it expired (4/2/20) its insane to pay 180+ for a controller that's
    clearly full of issues they knew of and to have a company that wont even fix it is crazy.

    Anyways I have seen people have class action suits against Microsoft over this and wanted to be apart of it after being a loyal xbox/microsoft customer for over 15 years the true nature of this company is shameful. sorry to rant just extremely upset.

    if you have a legal grievance with MS/Xbox you will need to seek/contact your lawyer. The forums are not the appropriate place for this discussion.

    Thanks Spiral I posted here because I seen a TON of complaints over it here :) the suit was just filed the 4/28 there is not a lot about it yet being so new. its truly sad its coming down to this especially with the new systems coming out I have no doubt
    Microsoft would not post about it but this is a place with people with same issues and might have info for us all and seeing this might wake Microsoft up knowing this is a very real issue and is not going away so maybe they will do the right thing by their
    customers.

    I haven't heard or seen anything about a class action lawsuit, but I'm pretty sure if there were one, it wouldn't be advertised on Microsoft.com... Do you know where the lawsuit is based out of? If so, you may be able to look it up manually through Google
    etc. Sorry to hear you also had problems with the Elite 2 controller. Sadly, they appear to have not been made very well as many, many people reported problems with them right out of the box. :(
