Hi you guys I am starting a class action lawsuit against Microsoft for the selling broken xbox's and not repairing them.

man have you even tried to call the customer service or go through an official channel? Something other than a social space? Might want to try calling before you make legal threats on a forum post.

Good luck last time I checked MS put in their TOS agreement that you cant do this because MS tryed to screw the customer with RROD and knew about it.

 

Yeah, they know better, however you can file in small claims court. If nothing else they would rather resolve your issue then spend money on a lawyer to show up to present that document. Most localities have floating Judges and won't respond to a motion
until in court. Towns like making money, no court case usually means a return of your upfront court fees unless documents are sent from the individual who requested the case that the matter was resolved and they get to keep their money. All depends on where
you live.
