Class Action lawsuit for xbox one live interruptions!

Hello Everyone,

I am working on filing a class action lawsuit against Xbox live. I am so tired of the party chat not working. i have high priced cable, an expensive router, all ports are forwarded have tried updates and resets. I still keep getting the "due to network
limitations error". Open NAT all day!!

I think that if they can't fix this or are unwilling to that we should not have to pay for xbox live and that they should reimburse us for what we have paid so far. I talked with a tech today and he gave me the runaround... Saying it is not the service
but the equipment! Bull!!! Then Quit selling high priced faulty equipment!!! Fix it!!!

If you are serious about getting this fixed please respond with your name and how long it has been happening. I will put together a list of complaints and file the lawsuit. I am sick of paying for something that only works about 10% of the time!!!

Charged By Xbox live twice, but "Xbox gold membership expired"?!

Apparently, there is a class action law suit for this exact thing, because its happened to allot of people..

man have you even tried to call the customer service or go through an official channel? Something other than a social space? Might want to try calling before you make legal threats on a forum post.

 

Hi there, I'm a long time member of Xbox Live and I actually feel your post is a little petty.... If you're not happy with the service then don't pay for it, that's my view. I personally get what I want out of it.

That's funny... I already have list close to 2000 people that don't feel it is petty. And this is a support issue maybe you didn't read the post. Yeah.. don't pay for it... good one! then my xbox is completely useless.. i only got it to play cod online.
then you are forced to get a live membership to be able to chat with people. If i pay for a membership, that is required to get the most out of the game, then I expect to be able to use it more than 10% of the time.

If your set up works so perfectly why don't you go through and answer all the posts of people complaining that their chat keeps getting disconnected,I have literally read hundreds of them and I haven't seen anyone come up with a viable solution for it and
i seriously doubt that you have one. Xbox Live doesn't really seem to care so i am just trying to escalate it and finally get some attention paid to the matter. Feedback links don't do jack!
