Claro video user problem

Discus and support Claro video user problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I got a acount of Claro video but when i try to put on the xbox360, a message says like the user its already exist... please help, i really dont know...     I got a acount of Claro video but when i try to put on the xbox360, a message says like the user its already exist... please help, i really dont know what to do

    Jogos antigos,qual o seu preferido ?

    Se eu for listar aqui vai ser uma lista grande, quase 20 anos de video-games.... Pelo menos uns 10 de cada geração acho que eu tenho, claro tirando essa nova de agora.

    I would recommend contacting the developers of the App or service and checking to see if there is any issues going on or if the App is still available for use on the Xbox 360 platform.

    Please let us know with a reply what they tell you
