    clarification with notice of renewal.


    A few weeks ago I renewed the Gold Membership for a year but it keeps appearing to me to renew it in the Xbox one interface. this error to what is due or how can I solve it?

    PS: Membership is due next year, when you enter the membership screen and select Xbox Live, it shows that it expires in a year.

    "Stay gold: renew now" message from home screen won't go despite renewing

    You could try redownloading the profile, but that message on the dash may be triggered by the fact that your auto-renewal is off. With auto-renewal off, the system always registers your account as one that is scheduled to cancel. You could always turn
    auto-renewal on, which I reckon would make the message disappear. Then just turn it back off when you get your 30 day advance renewal notice.
