Clarification on the Xbox reputation system

I just want to be sure I understand this correctly. Microsoft has implemented a system by which people can "rate" my behavior based solely on their opinion then apply that to my public profile in a way that reflects on me as a person but does not have ANY
oversight whatsoever and does not allow me to provide ANY feedback on either my public profile or regarding specific reports of "poor" behavior?

When I played only PvE no issues, then I start PvPing, and people die because I get lucky or because they aren't very good. I follow the rules, I don't gloat or goad or teabag, or message. Still I get "reported" for unsportsmanlike conduct and I have ....
ZERO...recourse..... and Microsoft allows people to hide behind anonymous reporting instead of having to be accountable for their reports

The response of "but it's just like real life" is inaccurate at best. When someone is upset with me in real life I generally have the opportunity to 1. KNOW WHO IT IS and 2. RESPOND to that concern. They don't get to hang a "kick me" sign on my back and
force me to walk around like that with no way to respond or protect myself from false statements.

People blatantly abuse this system by having their "buddies" file additional reports and Microsoft hides behind thier "internal protections built into the system" which clearly are ineffectual.

When do you plan on scrapping this inane system or fixing it ??

    :)

Anything is better than the system in place now. I checked my reputation percentages for the first time in probably 3 years after I heard about the reputation system on the Xbox one.

First I would recommend visiting this site for clarification on the Enforcement Team, Reputation System, and other information around Enforcement. The pages there will do a better job of explaining the system, processes, and outcomes. Xbox
    Enforcement Stie: How Do I?

From there, I would also recommend submitting your ideas for change, what you'd specifically like to see, to feedback.xbox.com . That would be your best avenue to provide feedback on the system. The Enforcement Team does not have a presence on the Forums,
so would be unable to respond, and providing feedback via the approved channels would be the best way to get those ideas into the proper hands.

I have been there it does not provide any information not already reviewed and presented. Also please inform..someone...that if they are going to force you to cut and paste response messages that "site" is the correct spelling and should probably
be used for future official responses

This part might be useful, I will do so. Thank You.

We can all see the irony that the "Enforcement Team" is its own secret entity with no way to contact them and NO presence on the forums.. and that "customer service" isn't able to address any
of these issues right? Microsoft might be better off just saying "We could care less about this, PLEASE just leave us alone and suffer in silence..."
