Clarification on ban

Hello again, So I received this suspension, and it appears that I was banned from Xbox Live.

So I thought anyways, I was speaking to support about an unrelated manner and the support agent said I was only temporarily suspended.

However the Enforcement Detail has written otherwise, leading to my confusion.

will I be able to play online again after the suspension period or is this account nuked for eternity from those services?

MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

If you have naked pictures of yourself on OneDrive you should be banned from the internet to save you from your own stupidity.

This is a clarification of the TOS that has always existed. Probably asked for by the enforcement teams who end up banning people for enfractions that fall under “not limited to” violations of the TOS.

 

Mute Glitch

You might have been on a mute ban, due to complaints against you.

Please get in touch with a Xbox Support for more clarification.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. According to the suspension you've posted, it will be lifted on November 28.

 

what about the permanent suspension impact?

All suspensions list information for what happens during a temporary suspension and during a permanent suspension. Since the suspension lists and end date, that means it's temporary. If it was permanent, the end date would be 12/31/9999
