    Clarifaction on Communication Ban


    I got a communication ban after going ruthless on a guy who deserved it, Microsoft didn't like it, now I can't talk with my friends. I understand what I said triggered the guy. I shouldn't have given him the time of day. I get the ban. But never was I notified
    how long the ban would occur. I NEED clarification as to how long the repercussions of that simple message will last.

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    For future reference the support forums are mostly manned by volunteers & we are not here 24/7 so sometimes you will have to wait for a reply.

    With enforcement actions you are sent an email telling the reason & length of any suspension you have or you can look on the enforcement site here

    Yes, you are not supposed to share any account information or share accounts. If you would like you can go to their accounts and report them.
