Clarifaction On Cheating Rule Requiered...

Hello,

Sorry for this long post here but this is a question that has been bugging me for sometime now and some background information is needed I think for it to be answered correctly.

I play World of Tanks which is a F2P game. In this game you either "grind" or "Convert" XP to get to the next level. They also offer free Tank Earn Ops and Ranked Battles. This past weekend they had ranked battles I joined a party and found that player was
at work and someone else was playing his account to advance him and earn the rewards. I also regularly get messages or see in the WoT forums people say that was not me playing I had to work so ____ was "grinding" for me during the op.

Now the Xbox Enforcement page says this:

"Unlocking achievements, prestige level, in-game ranks, or other content you didn’t actually earn"

So my question is does the above rule apply to cases like the two I mention above?

Playing Modern Warfare 3 risks Xbox Live ban - "Pre-release play not authorised"

I have a legit copy but have been afraid of trying the Multiplayer. I would like clarifaction on if you have a legit copy and you can play online.

Clarifaction on Communication Ban

I got a communication ban after going ruthless on a guy who deserved it, Microsoft didn't like it, now I can't talk with my friends. I understand what I said triggered the guy. I shouldn't have given him the time of day. I get the ban. But never was I notified
how long the ban would occur. I NEED clarification as to how long the repercussions of that simple message will last.
